John Dawson has extensive experience in the finance and mining sectors, having held senior roles with global investment banks including Goldman Sachs and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. At Goldman Sachs, he was Managing Director of FICC (Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities) for Australia. At Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, he was Global Head of Commodities as well as Country Head for Australia.

John has also been a Non Executive Director of St George Mining Limited (ASX: SGQ) since January 2019.
